In our case, I followed and tweak a few modifications from the brilliant 
work done by VTechWorks. It is documented in this article: Video Playback 
Modifications for a DSpace Repository 
<https://journal.code4lib.org/articles/11215>. Please do note that the code 
in that article required that you should have both mp4 and webm files for 
it to work.
