Hi, I run DSpace 7.2 on Ubuntu 18.04.6.
I changed handle.canonical.prefix = https://mydomain.com/handle/ handle.prefix = 1 in config/local.cfg , so that all new items and communities receive a handle according to the new schema. In order to fix handles already assigned to existing items (and communities?), I run bin/dspace update-handle-prefix 123456789 1 This seems to work for items, but not for communities. I mean, the URIs according to the new schema resolve correctly, but the webpage for a given community still contains the URI according to the old schema. (I did restart tomcat9.) A possibly related question (i.e. updating metadata) is that I am not able to enter or modify a thumbnail for an item. Any help?
