Hi Tanya, Virginia Tech has integrated DSpace (6.3) with Elements (6.2) using Repository Tools 2 (RT2). All deposits go into a single collection in DSpace. Recently we added an approval step so we could check the copyright status of submissions before either approving or contacting the depositor for the correct version. If we do not hear back from the depositor, we can reject the item to the Elements fake eperson account where it is easy to remove the items.
