DSpace in Switzerland Following the OA-Tage, we offer a meeting for networking and exchange between Swiss institutions. Many institutions in Switzerland are using or currently planning to use DSpace, DSpace-CRIS or DSpace-GLAM. The meeting intends to connect people in Switzerland working with DSpace. The workshop is offered as an open exchange of ideas without a pre-planned program. First, participants should present their institution, its status and plans for the use of DSpace. What projects are being pursued? What experiences have been made with DSpace and can be shared? Are there specific problems with the use of DSpace in Switzerland and what solutions have been found for these from different sides? What questions have arisen while working on and with DSpace?
The workshop is open to all interested parties. We would very much welcome the participation of institutions from non-German speaking parts of Switzerland. Therefore, the workshop will be hold in English. If you only attend the workshop you can participate without a conference ticket. We estimate the duration of the workshop to be about 2 hours. This will depend in particular on the needs of the participants and the course of the discussions. The workshop is provided by the DSpace community and facilitated by Pascal Becker, member of the DSpace Steering, Leadership and Committer Groups, speaker of the German DSpace-Konsortium, and founder and CEO of The Library Code GmbH a Certified Platinum DSpace Service Provider. -- All messages to this mailing list should adhere to the Code of Conduct: https://www.lyrasis.org/about/Pages/Code-of-Conduct.aspx --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DSpace Community" group.
