Hi,

There's no enough information in this message for someone to help you out.
I'd recommend using our Troubleshooting Guide to locate the error message
behind that 500 error, as it may provide more information about what is
going on in your
installation:
https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

It's important to locate the detailed error message (including a
stacktrace) if possible, as that'll provide others with clues about what
the cause of the error may be. Once located you can send it to this list
if you need more help. Some common installation errors (with solutions)
are also listed
at
https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues
