Hi, That error is a new one to me. However, part of the issue might be that you are using an older version of 7.x (the latest is 7.5). We didn't add support for Node 18 until the 7.5 release: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/1865
So, you should try installing 7.5 instead.
