Hello Bikash, It's a scary thing to send code by email and ask people to look at it (download it). Best to change it to a text file first.
That said, I have been using Georgetown University's (Terry Brady's) File Analyzer to create SAFs for batch uploading. It is work to set up ( you'll need to install Maven, etc.) but once you have it running it works like a charm. :-) https://github.com/Georgetown-University-Libraries/File-Analyzer Others here may have easier ideas, though.
