Hi, It's difficult for anyone to help if you don't share more details about the error message or what command you ran or page you used (and what version of DSpace you are using). My best guess is the Title field may be invalid in some way, but it's difficult to say what the problem may be.
You also should look for more detailed error messages in the UI or logs by using the troubleshooting guide.
