I have successfully installed and running the Dspace 7.6 publicly with domain 
repository.uiii.ac.id since last month. I submitted some items already. Yet, 
last week there was a server downtime due to maintenance, and when the server 
up, the previously submitted items don't appear even though it's still existed 
in database. Instead, what appears is item that I uploaded a month ago. I have 
check the log file in dspace/bin/dspace.log and tomcat log but no clue.

My finding is that every time we uploaded item, there will be notification 
along with item link to our email. So by clicking this link, I can be directed 
to the item page, I can click edit and move this item to another collection. By 
this, the item can appear again.

Even so, this is impossible for thousands of items in the future. therefore, I 
hope anyone would kindly help what's the cause of this case.
