Lyrasis is excited to announce that Holger Lenz will be joining DSpace as
the Program Coordinator.



Holger brings a depth of experience in project management, developing
outreach avenues, and working with diverse communities.



Holger’s previous positions include serving as Senior Program Manager at
Instruct gGmbH and Instructional Designer at Kansas State University
Libraries.



Holger is a collaborative and detail-oriented library professional with
more than seven years of experience coordinating complex programs for
academic and non-profit organizations. He earned his Master of Arts in
German Studies at University of Kentucky and Ludwig-Maximilians-University
and a Master of Science in Library Science at the University of Kentucky.



As the DSpace Coordinator, Holger will serve as a liaison to the DSpace
governance, service providers, software developers, and other
stakeholders.  He will coordinate outreach, support fundraising, and assist
the technical lead in planning and coordination efforts.



This position is funded thanks to our generous fundraising

<https://scoss.org/what-is-scoss/>.  This is a part time (20 hours a week)
role and is critical to the growth of DSpace.



Holger will join the DSpace team on April 1st.
