Hello folks,

I'm trying to update the authorization of collections in DSpace 7.4. I want 
to allow a group of staff only can edit metadata in a collection, and 
another group to only delete items. I already tried to add WRITE, REMOVE, 
or/and DELETE permission for these groups but it seems that these 
permissions did not work. I discovered that only the collection's admin can 
edit items' metadata or delete items (besides administrators). But I do not 
want to have edit and delete permission come together for the same group. 
How can I set it up?
