Hello!
Is *node* really running? (It looks port 4000 is open). Check:
ps -ef | grep node
if you se at least one node process.
Or try to check access directly on the server:
curl 'http://localhost:4000'
If you see a response, the problem is likely in firewall (might local on
the server, might some central firewall in your network).
The best practice would be to access UI on standard 443 port and
redirect it locally using apache or other webserver directives.
