Hi, As noted in my prior message, we need more information about the underlying error. I suspect it's a backend or frontend error that is occurring (possibly even a permissions error or similar). So, to debug this isssue, you would need to follow our Troubleshooting guide at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove) and look for error details in the frontend or backend.
