I have got some problems setting up the ORCID integration in DSpace 6.3. After following the instructions (https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/ORCID+Integration) step by step and double check all the settings the Lookup Button does not appear in the submission form. The ORCID feature in DSpace needs to consult an external database when doing identity lookups. I am running Dspace on Tomcat (localhost: 8080) and use ngcrok (https://ngrok.com/) to make Tomcat reachable from the "outside world" The log files do not contain a good hint what might be wrong. The only ERROR i get is: ERROR org.dspace.statistics.SolrLoggerServiceImpl @ Unable to get location of request: The address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 is not in the database. Does the Lookup Button not appear if DSpace has problems contacting ORCID? What trouble shooting steps to take?
