Hi Gonzola, I have used the instructions at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC5x/PDF+Citation+Cover+Page on 6.3 to generate citation pages. The citation page is actually generated at the point of download. In my case I have added the citation page as the last page to mitigate against Google Scholar pitfalls.
