Summary: XSLT Import specs proposal + Problem with DSpace-DEV list

Initial Comment:
I am not able to write to DSpace-Tech and DSpace-Dev and I receive the message
copied at the end of this message.

I began to develop a module to import records
from an external bibliographic database.

I would like to share the specs: it helps me designing and I will be delighted
to have feedback and ideas.

Brief description:
Batch function (dsrun) with similar parameters
than ItemImport, except for two:
-source is a file and not a directory (multiple records in one file)
-x or -crosswalk name provide the name of the XSLT crosswalk to use
(XSLT Crosswalks must be declared in dspace.cfg).
All the functionalities around the "mapfile" are kept (resume, delete).

The source file is translated into DIM using the XSLT template.
The generated DIM is then imported (and not submitted).
Attached documents must be loaded separately based on the metadata
(other function to be specified/done).

Proposed name: XSLTingest
Proposed package: org.dspace.content.crosswalk

Thanks for your comments, suggestions...
