Summary: Make sitmap directory configurable
Initial Comment:
At the moment the dspace.dir is used as a base for the sitemaps and it is
hardcoded.
Many installations separate between installation and data. Thus it would be
useful to have a configuration parameter
sitemap.dir defaulting to ${dspace.dir} for backward compatibility.
