This is really a minor error, it's just logged at the error level because
the day you start wondering why your plugin isn't working, it's not
so minor any more. It's easy to make a typo in the plugin configuration
that would be very difficult to detect without such paranoid logging.
It's safe to ignore it, or, as you say, remove
org.dspace.content.crosswalk.XSLTDisseminationCrosswalk from its plugin
list until you have a use for it.
