Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Larry Stone (lcs8) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Add method to instrument Context's cache usage Initial Comment: When testing for memory leaks and/or verifying some application like a high-volume ingester isn't leaving lots of junk in the cache, it would be handy to have a way to determine the count of objects in the cache. This patch adds a trivial method to Context that returns the count of objects in its cache. It has proven usful in my development, I think it would be of general use. Diff is made against 1.5.1 sources but since it's just a new method it ought to work against the trunk as well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=319984&aid=2621423&group_id=19984 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Dspace-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dspace-devel
