Summary: Add method to instrument Context's cache usage

Initial Comment:
When testing for memory leaks and/or verifying some application like a
high-volume ingester isn't leaving lots of junk in the cache, it would be handy
to have a way to determine the count of objects in the cache.

This patch adds a trivial method to Context that returns the count of objects
in its cache. It has proven usful in my development, I think it would be of
general use.

Diff is made against 1.5.1 sources but since it's just a new method it ought
to work against the trunk as well.
