This is a good discussion, and I'm liking where it's going. I'd like to put in a word for something like Pastebin as well, if that is a feasible thing. The use-case I have in mind is general-purpose chunks of Manakin XSLT code -- not whole themes, but individual <xsl:template>s that do something useful, or example mods that other people can adapt. I have quite a few of these that I'm looking to share.
