Summary: Manakin RSS feed generator cache timeout can't be adjusted

Initial Comment:
Instead of consulting webui.feed.cache.age in the DSpace configuration, Manakin
assumes a hardcoded 24-hour cache timeout.

Message:
Hi Mark,

thanx for the quick inclusion.
Just one more thought, it is still possible to have a negative cache age,
so this should also default to 24 imo s. file added.

Sunny Greetings

Claudia Jürgen

Message:
Hi Mark,

maybe it should default back to 24 hours to keep the behaviour. A wrong or
unset webui.feed.cache.age will default to 0.
