I've attached a patch against current trunk (revision 3756) which makes some
minor changes to General-Handler.xsl and adds a new i18n key to messages.xml.
This patch addresses the issue where files "Description" fields are not
displayed in XMLUI's simple and full item views.
The header row will include a "Description" header if at least one bitstream in
the file group has a description with length > 0. It does not matter if the
bitstream with a description is not the primary bitstream.
Any reviews/feedback would be appreciated.
