DSpace still ships with handle.jar version 5.3.4 which is known to be buggy
w.r.t. the rolling over of log files at the beginning of new months. Due to
licencing reasons only users who pay an annual fee to the CNRI can use 6.2.
However 6.2 is not in maven so it cannot be used when specified in
[dspace-src]/pom.xml
