Page title for the XMLUI canonical exception page is spelled wrong. With all
the highly literate and detail-oriented people working in libraries, why did it
take a Harvard professor to catch this?
Attached patch fixes it, although the message is still hardcoded when it really
ought to come out of the i18n catalog. (I wasn't sure if that would work in
this context and didn't have time to mess around with it.)
