Hello, I modified Message.properties file and copy it as the name of
Message_zh_cn.properties to the following directory :
/software/dspace-1.5.1-src-release/dspace-api/target/classes/
After that, I restart tomcat ,but the interface is also english
Should I re-buile dspace? who can tell me the steps and commands,
