XMLUI Item Mapper will map the same item more than one time

The XMLUI Item Mapper allows you to search for items which are already mapped
to the current collection. In addition, you can select and re-map these items
a second (or third,fourth, etc.) time to the same collection from the item
mapper.
There's no easy way to tell if an item is already mapped to a collection,
unless you first browse the list of mapped items. If an item is accidentally
mapped more than once, it appears multiple times in the Collection and is
counted as more than one item.
The interface should be fixed so that the search filters out previously mapped
items.
