The attached patch adds a config option to DSpace which, when enabled, displays
a percentage of how relevant a search result is to the search query.
Some small changes to the DSQuery classes in search which pass the values up
through the API using QueryResults to the UI Layer. The patch only has changes
needed to work with JSPUI.
