Hi Larry,
This all sounds good. Does the code obey the 'harvest.includerestricted.rss =
false' config option?
Also, can we use this as an excuse to enable RSS feeds by default? There are
lots of repositories that have them disabled as it is an option you have to
turn on. (see:
