Apologies if I am behind the times on this one, I am wondering if there is any agreed strategy for dealing with Exceptions in Dspace ? I am aware of the wider discussion regarding checked and unchecked Exceptions and that there was also some discussion about this for Dspace 2.0. Was a strategy settled on ? If am am adding new code should I be catching checked Exceptions and rethrowing them as Runtime Exceptions ? Any suggestions welcome.
