Language qualifiers in the collection template are ignored.
A template with
dc.subject = foo qualifier=foo
will result in dc.subject=foo qualifier=default qualifier being stored.
This is an old bug, but atm can't find it in the tracker, maybe it hasn't been
transferred from SourceForge.
