Resolution: Won't Fix
This is just a peculiarity of the installation. Most probably both test
instances are run from one installation referring to one dspace configuration
file and got one base URL.
You can try our seperate test installations:
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/xmlui
