Hi Ronee, Thanks for the feedback and testing! Out of curiosity, what web browser are you using? I'm just trying to verify this bug -- the "Short Description" field seems to appear for me in both Firefox and IE8. But, it's very possible it's not showing up correctly in all web browsers.
