OAI-ORE, References to bitstreams in harvested records incorrect

Dortmund

After performing an OAI-ORE harvest of metadata and references to bitstreams
using the OAI provider at http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/oai/request,
limited to set hdl_123456789_2 ("Simple Collection without workflow, template
etc") , the links to the bitstreams are incorrect. For example, in the record
describing chocolate mousse, links to bitstreams are as follows:
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui/bitstream/handle/123456789/3/license.txt?sequence=2
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui/bitstream/handle/123456789/3/ChocolateMousse.pdf?sequence=1
whereas the functioning links are actually:
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui/bitstream/123456789/3/1/ChocolateMousse.pdf
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui/bitstream/123456789/3/2/license.txt
Harvesting from the TAMU system, as per the examples in the documentation,
gives correct references in the harvested records.
