Hello Claudia and thanks for the information!
For DSpace, we are considering it as a base of our content delivery system for
the members. Currently we have activities on the several tracks, including work
on introducing accessible formats like Daisy and PDF/A-1a in our organisation's
processes, improving and further automation of book digitalization and this one
related to online catalog and delivery system.
Of course, there are limited resources, in terms of finance and
personal/competence here... but anyways DSpace provides very solid base for
online catalog/delivery.. We are considering several issues currently,
including accessibility (screen reader compatibility etc), localization
aspects, DRM and integration into our system like login for members, tracking
of accesses/orders etc.
