Currently in XMLUI, the searches for people and groups to assign to roles are
separate, triggered by different buttons. When searching for a group, I hit
return by reflex, only to have DSpace tell me "there's no such person."
I would prefer that there be only one search that returns both epeople and
groups, separated on the results page.
