Hello Everyone,
I am trying to update the layout XMLUI of my Dspace instance. I am not going
to create a new theme, for now I want to modify an existing one.
The theme I am updating is the 'Reference' theme. Which is located in the
following directory:
"/web/dspace2/webapps/xmlui/themes/Reference"
The changes I am performing are appearing. So am I doing the correct thing?
Is this the folder I should be updating? I didn't rebuild my installation
yet.
In the Manakin documentation, it states that choosing and updating a theme
should be done in the directory:
"[dspace-source]/dspace/modules/xmlui/src/main." but this is not working, I
am choosing a theme there, and updating it but none of the changes are
appearing. Only the changes to the Reference theme in the 'web' folder are
appearing.
