Hello,
We're going to be upgrading in the near future (1.4.2 to 1.5 or, preferably,
1.6.) We're running into troubles with the Ant 1.7 requirement; RedHat's
latest package is 1.6.something.
I've gossiped around a bit, and it looks like the lower version should be able
to handle what we do with DSpace for the moment. I was wondering if it would
be feasible to delay using any (more?) new features until RH gets around to
releasing a newer package?
As I say, I think we can get by fine with the lower version, for the moment;
but I'm a little afraid of being out-packaged in the near future.
Regards,
Brian Freels-Stendel
