The name of the file is documented.
What isn't documented is that the <dublin_core> element in the file can have a
schema attribute, for example:
<dublin_core schema="dwc">.
This lets the user load metadata using a schema from the registry other than
the default "dc".
The schema attribute is required when loading metadata elements that aren't in
the default "dc" schema.
