The Registry Format Update can be shortened (and to use the dspace launcher)
with:
[dspace]/bin/dspace registry-loader -bitstream
[dspace]/etc/upgrades/15-16/new-bitstream-formats.xml
The longer version of specifying the class name is also correct.
