Testathon Bug #34
There are some questions over whether the authorisation
system works as expected. May or may not be a bug or
considered correct functionality:
* READ policies have no effect on whether you can
read the contents of communities and collections
* READ policies on the item do not cascade to
bundles and bitstreams, such that if you remove READ
from an item without removing READ from a bitstream, it
is still possible to access that bitstream if you know
where to look. Likewise if you remove READ from the
bitstream's bundle.
