Summary: Possible to have no access to items from browse

Initial Comment:
Not 100% sure if this is a bug.

Configure the item list such that the column configured
for webui.browse.index.title (dc.title by default) is
NOT one of the columns. e.g.:

webui.itemlist.columns = dc.date.issued(date),
foo.myfield, dc.contributor.author

webui.browse.index.title = dc.title

Provided that items have a value for foo.myfield, you
can browse that, but there will be no link in the
browse view with which to access the actual item.

Could just be a doc issue, or an invalid configuration.
 Alternatively, an extra config param like
'webui.itemlist.linkcolumn' could be used to specify
which column should be the link (as opposed to using
webui.browse.index.title).

Message:
There still might be no access if there is no value for the metadata
defined as a link.
At the moment using the title (dc.title) as link, an item without a title
is not accessible via the UI.
