[XMLUI] Breadcrumbs dissapear in submission

While doing a submission, the Describe pages ahve no breadcrumb. The reason is
that Describe (unlike other steps) has an "addPageMeta" method that overrides
the default one from AbstractStep. The solution is to call the parent method
first.
