Attachment: DS-192v2.patch
Added the configuration parameters to dspace.cfg and updated the patch.
Works for the jspui, shall we commit it or wait for someone to take care of the
xmlui handler in order to avoid further discrepancies between xmlui and jspui.
At the moment the xmlui sorts by bitstream name in the default item display.
