Hi Hilton,

The screenshot you attached is of an Item level page in the XMLUI.

In the XMLUI, the Item Mapper appears on the *Collection* page (it 
allows you to map items to/from that particular collection), and not the 
Item page.  So, while logged in as an Admin, browse to a Collection 
homepage.  You should see an option called "Item Mapper" in the side 
Context menu appear.  Clicking on that option will bring you to the 
XMLUI-based Item Mapper, which lets you map (i.e. link) items from other 
collections into the current collection.

This is similar to the JSPUI, where you need to first browse to a 
particular collection before the "Item Mapper" button appears on the 
Collection homepage.

Hopefully that makes more sense,
