Modern web browsers (like Opera, Chrome, and recent versions of Firefox, IE,
Safari) are not identified in the main XMLUI Sitemap.xmap:
[dspace-src]/dspace-xmlui/dspace-xmlui-webapp/src/main/webapp/sitemap.xmap
This makes it difficult to create XMLUI Themes which provide different
CSS/Javascript for different modern web browsers.
A fix will be committed to Trunk shortly, in order to resolve this for DSpace
1.7.0 release.
