Hello everyone,
I've made some changes to the harvester classes to allow the admin to set the
harvest frequency on a collection by collection basis. Now when I start the
harvester in Manakin the collections due start to harvest, however after a few
seconds I get this error message and I'm unsure as to what is causing it (the
following is taken from the dspace.log file).

I'm using an administrator login to DSpace. Does anyone have any ideas as to
what might cause this issue?
