Jen - dsrun might not be in your path.  Try putting a  ./ in front of the 
command:

  ./dsrun org.dspace.app.itemexport.ItemExport -t ITEM -i 2246/869 -d 
/home/jcwiok -n 0001

By the way, which version of DSpace are you using?
