Attachment: mediafilter.patch
Patch adds an interface for 'self registering input formats'... JPEG filter
updated so that it reports what input formats it can process... so, if the JPEG
format configuration is removed, it will process all image formats that ImageIO
understands.
Specifying the input formats in the config allows you to override this and
restrict to a subset of formats
