For convenience of commiters, I added the documentation from the attached .doc
file to docbook. Here's the patch for docbook trunk as of r5531.
I moved the SFX configuration chapter from 5.2 to 5.3 (Optional or Advanced
Configuration Settings) and changed appropriate links. I also edited wording of
the document to (hopefully) improve readability.
