Duplicated template in Kubrick theme

Starting around line 641 of Kubrick.xsl there are two templates with identical
'match' and 'mode' attribute values. Their bodies are nearly identical. One
or the other should be commented out or removed.
This causes no runtime problem that I know of, but Eclipse calls out an error
on the transform.
